Well the article said something about the attractiveness of a male body is due to his
Shoulder to hip ratio of 0.7 or 0.8. How do you determine this ratio? And how do you do it. Oh yeah Im basically new here so Hey wassup.

dude this is overcomplicating things big time. just go for more muscle mass and less bodyfat, why should anyone worry about silly numbers

He's got a point. That's the V shaped Mesomorph look your talkin about. Yes supposedly it does look more attractive for some reason. If youre like, ecto skinny like me building up your shoulders and chest is not a bad idea.

Just make sure your shoulders are wider than your hips and you shouldn't go far wrong!

Im assuming you measure your shoulders in inches, then divide your waist measurements in inches by your shoulder measurement.
