“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

i started feeling some minor pain in my left shoulder some weeks ago, and the pain started to increase this week, i notice it when i sleep and when i do shoulder and chest exercises (for example when i need to raise my arms above my shoulders with the weights). triceps, biceps and back i can do them ok no problem, and some chest exercises too but not all of them. i dont want to stop training because i was getting some improvements. what i think it happened was before i went on vacation for 2 weeks i was lifting big, but then i stopped and when i started again i continued to hit it hard, i think i ****ed up and should have taken it more lightly. now im in a situation that i dont know what to do, i tried ice but its not working. anyone have any tips to give me?

thanks

do a search on MrR's posts, he posted some good stuff recently about shoulder stretches

also search for 'DC broomstick stretch' (it may not be on this site though)

avoid exercises which cause you discomfort for now.

I have had the same problem and its pretty simple to fix. First you have to take it easy for a week. Stick to cardio but try not to use your shoulder. Try to keep it your arm low and to your side until the pain subsides. Put ice one it every night, it doesn't really help with the pain but it should help with the inflammation.
This is the most important part, make sure you are sleeping on your back and never on your left shoulder. This will take a week to kick in, and I would wait about two weeks before your doing training that would have previously hurt your shoulder. Also, try eating pineapple for awhile it has natural anti-inflammatory properties.
Let me know if it helps...
