I’ve noticed with a few of my relationships over the years that (just as DD said in DYD) once you get more serious and aren’t just dating, you can’t do the C/F all the time and use game constantly because she will tire of that.

I’ve noticed with a new girl that although she used to tell me she loved my C/F now it seems like when I tease her about her nails, etc. she doesn’t seem to like it and stops responding. Yet when I talk to her about normal stuff or just text her that I’m thinking about her or to arrange the details of a trip we’re planning on taking together, she is very texty.

So what’s my question? Is there a point where you have to tone this stuff down and be more normal? Are there any other signs that you’ve reached that point so you don’t stop using game prematurely?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
