"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Ok so yesterday me and my gf of just a few weeks went out to hang and see a movie. Well towards the end I got mad over some things she does that I dont like and we just about broke up though we fixed things and she said she promised that we were good.
So after I dropped her off at her house she had a gf of hers pick her up-they ended up just riding around and a lil while later went to hang at an old friends place. The friend is 18 and just got her own apartment. They ended up drinking and her friend she came there with had to leave so it was almost 1am and she called me to pick her up. I get there and it was my gf, her girl, her girls bf and the girls bro. I could tell they had been drinking. She said she'd had 2 beers and she was damn hyper. So my ? is should this whole thing bother me? I already told her I didnt feel comfortable with her drinking around other guys though she said they're old friends and she rarely drinks. Shes only 17 btw.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Tell her you will turn her in to the authorities. She is 17 and is not of legal drinking age.

Are you serious? lol
Oh I forgot to mention that when I picked her up the thing that seemed sketchy to me is with most her friends shes really eager for me to meet them but last night she just got in my car and kinda rushed us away I mean her friends came over and her gf said she really wanted to meet me but as the guys were talking my girl kinda pushed them away-she was like Go away he doesnt wanna meet you(in her hyper/kinda embarrassed tone of voice) She said that the girls bf and her bro were the only ppl there.
But today I txted her something I had just read on here-something along the lines of "Look I think I overreacted to you drinking, and I think Im taking this relationship a bit too seriously I mean we are both young and its not like were married so its cool".
She txted back "Yeah. Im happy you care about me though. Feels good"
So i guess it sounds like everythings good now. But I do kinda feel like this lil argument might hover over us. How do you guys get over lil fights once you'ce made up? Do you just forget about them pretty much?
