Should pick up girl from/walk girl to door?

I got my license a few months ago, and I was wondering what the proper way to go about picking up/driving girls is. If I'm picking a girl up to go hangout with just us two, should I go up to the door or should I just text her to come out? Also, at the end of the night if I'm dropping her home, should I walk her to the door or just park and say goodbye then? Thanks

Definitely at end of night, unless you hook up in the car. Or if you see her in a romantic way, i'd walk her to her door. Common courtesy and its a great way to make a move. I'd apply the same logic to picking her up, but that's a lot more lenient.
