Today was at quiznos and the girl making my sandwich was smoking.
We mad eye contact several times even had very small talk.
I was going to ask for a number but froze and did not, I'm out of a 5 year relationship,
So getting back out there. Should I go back in with the confidence I know I have with some smooth talk and ask for it, or just let it be a lesson learned?

The lesson learned is that you don't always get a second chance. You can go in a second time but she probably wont be there, just make sure you're actually buying something not going JUST for her.

Here's a story: I went to Jack In The Box for lunch one day. Made eye contact with this hb8.5 MULTIPLE times. Now i was stuffing my face with tacos and such so It didn't really occur to me until AFTER we left.
I have not gotten a second chance since, but I now make sure I take chances the first time the opportunity arises.

You need to act THEN not later because there might not be a later.

She was there, made the small talk, she has a BF.
Its nice though to get the first rejection out of the way lol

Haha I told her I wasn't jealous, but guess he is.
Didn't think about saying your not engaged can't be serious lol
But didn't hit tell I was driving away.
