Did you know that meat contains creatine and proteine as well?

Yea but most of the creatine is gone after cooking. Like estrogen, creatine is reposable for alot of water retention, so Id say it wouldnt hurt to drop the creatine while cutting, but definatly keep the protien to keep your macro-breakdown solid.

Creatine and Protein supplements make you hold unnecessary weight. Your should not be taking either if you trying to lean out.

Creatine takes water from your organs and feeds them to the muscles,thus requiring you to intake more water then you have before to function the same as before. It really doesn't do much. More of a placebo IMHO.

Most protein supplements contain junk ingredients,even most of the expensive/better ones out there. If your in a cram for protein and don't have time to cook...

Best form of protein you don't have to cook. No ingredients other then pure egg whites. I'd make sure you can stand pure egg whites alone before ordering it. My family and friends ALWAYS complained of how they smelt when I cooked them and the powder form isn't far off from it.

If the OP is wanting to lean out,using supplements will only adversely effect his goals.

Next time are you go buy supplements go look at the ingredients list. 99% are filled with junk.

No reason to remove the yolk. Buy eggs, it's cheaper.

While this may be true for 3-8ish egg yokes a day I tried running near 20 whole eggs a day and 20 whites. By end of the first week I would get this weird feeling in my heart,it wasn't super noticeable,but when I'd sit at my chair at work it would act up for like 5 minutes a day. I dropped back down to 3-8ish with 40 whites and it went away.

Weirdly enough I'm able to eat 2 lbs of ground beef/day and not have the issue.

It's much easier to build your foundation of muscle first, then lean out.

Be careful with all the eggs if you have a a family history of high cholesterol, or eat like crap besides.
