“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

If your knees hurt, then squatting might be bad for you. However -- if they dont hurt while squatting then load up the bar and power up those repps ;) My knees sound like two small firecrackers. As long as it doesnt hurt, it's no problem.

The general rule of thumb is.. if your knees crack and it hurts, then it's a problem. My knees crack all day long because I've had surgery on both, but it usually doesn't hurt unless I've been really active on my feet. If it hurts though you might want to consider an exercise that doesn't rely on 100s of pounds of weight pressing down on your body. Some people will advocate that everyone can do squats but even with correct form, some people have knee or joint problems that get in the way. Try biking, swimming, any bodyweight exercises (such as gorilla hops) to improve leg strength, then ease into the weights.
