“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Im going to law school: well, the UK version-so it is not a big university, just a class of around 300 a year. My parents are paying the fees and the second year I could get sponsorship from a firm and Ill be working part time doing some private tuition earning around $1000 a month.

Anyway Im considering whether to live at home or rent a place.

Living at home seems the obvious option. I live in London which is a really expensive city and with no expenses at home Id be able to go out a fair bit in London.

But Im worried Ill miss out a lot. Because I live around an hour out of London (by train) it makes going out all the time quite exhausting especially as often Ill finish lectures around 2pm and have a huge gap until evening and it would not be worth my while going home because then id have to leave immediately to go out again. Also I wouldn't be comfortable bringing girls home and while there are girls who'd have their own place its a bit of a drag.

I can take out quite a generous loan at a reasonable rate which would allow me to afford to rent a place. But Im kinda cautious about going into debt especially when the rent money is going down the drain and there is no guarantee ill get a job immediately after I graduate.

Any thoughts?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Is your plan to go to school or to party? Do you feel less fulfilled to live with parents?

I would say live with parents if you can. Get your degree, then get payed and move out.

how long will you have to live with parents?

Why pay the whole bill yourself? Can you get some like-minded, post grad roommates to share a place with and split the costs?

how much can you afford rent?

if you don't have money, you should stay at home with parents. There is no shame about it.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
