"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Been on three dates with a coworker.

the good:
- texted me back after every date saying she had fun
- enjoyable person to be around
- tells her family details about the dates
- escalation doesn't feel forced

the bad:
- had to reschedule the last date twice (dinner at my place)
- doesn't initiate any type of texting other than saying she had fun after dates

additional details:
- Night after the third date we were at party with coworkers (non-alcohol, watched olympics). She didn't say hi and moved away after I tried to sit next to her
- coworkers know we have been on dates
- were both in college
- didn't have time to buy condoms for the third date due to rescheduling but had heavy making out, groping, cloths off etc...

I think I'm doing to much work and normally if the girl has high interest she'll text me. It's been four days since we lost saw each other. Should I let her come to me, re initiate, or next?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Next! you sat beside her and she moved off? Thats just downright insulting!
did she say anything about why she moved? Move on bro, if she does call, answer, see what happens. dating coworkers is always an iffy subject, it can make the work environment difficult. Put her in your friendzone (say something along the lines of ' i didnt really feel chemistry, but id like to be friends') play nice, but never forget women talk to each other this chick isnt worth your time but it may pay to play nice.

Yeah, agree with Purefilth.

If I have to instigate all communications....I give up after 3 dates.
Unfortunately the ones that usually text me are the ones I'm not interested in

Life's a beach eh?

Also....after advice from this site, I tend to avoid getting involved with colleagues.....Unless i can manage to get them sacked :-D
