"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Ok there is a house party tonight. Part of me wants to go and the other part doesn't. I'm a quiet guy. I don't have any beer. I'm tired. I'm afraid that if I go I'm just going to stand there and watch everyone have a good time because I can't think of much to talk about. Is there any good reason to go?

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Hey you never know what will happen. Because you are already thinking that you will have a bad time you already set yourself up for faliure. Its a self fulfilling prophesy

You might meet some really cool people there or a great girl but you will never know that if you don't go. Sometimes are own life changes due to small events because we bothered going and try it out, instead of staying home alone and ending up playing with your d1ck in the dark.
