I had knew this girl in february while i was eating in a restaurant...she was the waitress.
I tried to approach her but she had a boyfriend and didint went well.
I didnt even got her cell number altough i have her on fb.
Sincerely i havent tried with her really seriously
In may she dumped her boyfriend but i've been really busy so i didnt made a moove

Do you think it will be good to ask her if she want to go drink something with facebook?

No and here's why. I'm going to assume that you're just one of this chick's legion of fans on FB. You, yourself have said that you "haven't tried nor were very serious," with the broad. You already shot down by the broad, so unless your life has significantly changed during the pass six months, (e.g. you added muscle to your frame or money to your bank account,) it's fair to say that her reaction to you is going to be the same as when you initially asked her out.

Rex generally only gives a chick one chance to reject him and you should do the same. Finally, if you do ask her out, do it in person. Asking a chick (who's already turned you down,) via Facebook will not only appear to be hella random, it will also appear to be hella gay.

Picking up "hired guns"; waitresses, bartenders, hostesses, etc. can come off as sleazy but it just has to be done right. Do a google search, there's methods out there. I disagree on the "sleazy," point. As a matter of fact I think hired guns are the easiest chick to holler at, simply because there's no need for an opener and these b*tches have to be nice to and engage you. Because these parameters are already in with hired gun, you can go right into building rapport, kinda like you would the infamous "hollerin' at co-workers," minus the potential for sexual harassment suit.

Okay, you should have said you were studying for the bar. Not for nothing when cats on this site say they're busy, they're really not, and they're not especially not studying for the bar, the CPA exam, or the series 7.

Since you're a lawyer, you need to show her signs of your new found life change, not by telling her, but by SHOWING her. First you need to get some fresh new gear. Perhaps a bespoke suit, a bespoke blazer or sports coat, with a slick pair of jeans or slacks. You should also invest in very fly kicks, like some Allen Edmond shoes.

As you pursue this chick, go at moderate pace as you build your rapport and comfort with her, most importantly she NEEDS TO SEE YOU WITH CHICKS WAAAY HOTTER THAN SHE IS! Social proof is of up most importance in this particular in endeavor.

I have to warn you, with this particular chick you have a (long row to hoe.) in that you have to overcome your initially bad first impression. Unfortunately, that first impression of you is the one that's emblazoned in her head.

Personally, I wouldn't to try f*ck with a chick that I made a very bad first impression, who I only know through causal contact from her job, and I'm nothing more to her than a Facebook friend. Besides, your a lawyer in about six months to a year, you'll have your pick of chicks.
