I want to facebook this hot girl who's a customer at my job. She's a student like myself and I found her on facebook (myspace for students) and I'm wondering if I should contact her. She has a boyfriend but he's a dork and she's been giving me IOI's.

Any advise?

I wouldn't add her as a friend unless you have really had serious conversation with her (you know, other than about your job while you are at work).

The internet is a good place to meet NEW girls. It is not a place to try to gain the attention of girls you already know. Doing so is supplication, which diminishes your value.

The best thing for you to do is to make the move at work in person. It's easy. Suggest a martini or a coffee on Friday evening.

The whole facebook thing is cool once you've been formally introduced. DO NOT IM her or contact her through facebook. Its not a good idea. I don't know by personal experience but I have friends that mess their chances up with girls because they use facebook or hi5 etc.
