"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

If you're underweight and trying to gain, yes.

If you're dieting, try to cut it out. A tablespoon is roughly 160 calories. There are much more satiating foods to eat that will actually make you feel full.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Frequent nut consumption was associated with a reduced risk of both fatal coronary heart disease and non-fatal myocardial infarction.
Did you actually read the rest of the study you posted?

"In analyses of peanuts and other nuts (assessed in 1986) separately, we combined the two highest categories because of the small number of cases (table 4). After adjusting for age, consumption of peanuts and other nuts were both inversely associated with risk of coronary heart disease.

Consumption of peanut butter was only weakly associated with risk of coronary heart disease (multivariate relative risk comparing women consuming peanut butter ≥5 times per week with those who rarely consumed peanut butter was 0.92 (0.74 to 1.15), P for trend=0.94). The relative risk was slightly stronger for fatal coronary heart disease (0.76, 0.50 to 1.15, P for trend=0.09)."

"Peanut butter was only weakly associated with a risk of coronary heart disease, but this may be due to the addition of hydrogenated fat to major American brands.24"

The paper you posted says that peanut butter (at least the American variety) does not confer the same benefits as eating peanuts, and in fact there was an increase (slight, but still there) in risk for disease. That's from the rest of your paper. OP is asking about peanut butter not peanuts.

peanut butter doesnt cause heart disease. almost every fuktard on this planet thinks that fats cause artery disease, whereas it is indeed cabohydrates that kill people.

look at the FDA food pyramid ....its a fvcking joke.

also do not trust the bmj. there was a guy who was a friend of the editor at bmj.anyway these two faggots teamed up and made "imaginary research articles"
they were doing it for decades lol. i would dare say that almost 70% of all research papers are either fake or wrong.
im writing a fake research report as we speak lol.
