I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
who the **** cares why she emailed you back or what she wants
the only reason she has power over you is beucase you give it to her. just take the damn ball and go home. delete/go ghost forever
Don't reply to this latest crap, she doesn't deserve your time, emotions or attention.
DangerGive yourself some backbone and don't be the backup plan or ego boost for any EX who has a bruised ego/heart from getting kicked by another guy. MOVE ON.
Fatal JayWhen you break NC and respond to these type of women, you only give them power. Never respond and live a great life. Trust me, you will live on inside their head.
Yuppazher contacting you had nothing to do with her wanting you back, it was to see if she still had control over you and that **** boast women egos
don't do it again
With the way she treating you breaking up over text, you are very lucky to be rid of this one. The way to win in this situation is to not respond or speak to this trash again.
And of course, that’s the guy you agree with.Could be one of the two or a mix of the two to various degrees. As long as you keep control of yourself who cares if you tell her stuff or not. Go find better pvssy and tell her about it![]()
You got my intentions right on, Radharc!
When I got the text I waited basically 24 hrs before I even considered responding and when I did, I was so vague that she couldn't possibly read into whether I was missing her, wishing I wanted her back, etc. All she knows is I didn't respond at the drop of a hat like when we were together. I didn't give her any intel into whether I'm seeing someone else or if I'm really missing her or not and she now knows I'm not terribly interested in what she's up to either. All she knows is I'm doing great without her. I wasn't mean, rude or confrontational, so she can't get mad at me. That hampster in her brain is still turning away, I'm sure!! By the way, I got no response after, which I expected.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
Probably right on the money.GotED? said:I find from 40 years of experience (myself fall for this as well at times, human nature) - that when an EX contacts you OUT OF THE BLUE after long NC, it is almost GUARANTEED that she just got dumped by another guy, or whatever sh*t she is stirring up in another man's pants are not working as planned.
Give yourself some backbone and don't be the backup plan or ego boost for any EX who has a bruised ego/heart from getting kicked by another guy. MOVE ON.
With respect,

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
