"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Here's a little something I picked up way back in the day as an AFC that i think some of you newbies might be interested in knowing.....I haven't seen anyone mention this yet so here goes....

When ever you are talking to a girl, whether it be for the first time, 1st date, at a party, where ever there is one thing (out of many I'm sure) that a girl will do to tell you she wants you to kiss her right then.

She puts on lip gloss.

Usually it will be some kind of flavored stuff but I've seen it either way flavored or not. If she puts something on her lips it's on and you better react to it or you're gonna miss out.

I learned this from this one girl who was so interested in me that after she did it and I didn't recognize it she kissed me. She even told me afterwards that that's what she was doing. It was more like complaining that I didn't notice. After that moment of idiocy I have never forgotten that lesson. And it has worked well for me since, almost 100%.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Chewing gum or mints is also a very strong indicator. I will normally have some chewing gum for a prelude to a kiss.

its true.

1) if a girl chews gum regularly with every encounter/date with you.. (offers gum to you also)
2) puts on lip gloss/chapstick
3) wears perfume when with you

then it's pretty obvious wouldnt u say?

chapped lips are no good fellas, bring your chapsticks!

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I had a date just a few days ago, she kept darting her eyes down to my lips, so I went in for the kiss.

But some girls are more overt about it than others.

Yes, this is completely true in my experience. Another thing to look out for is when she tries to lead you somewhere quiet and private where you can make your move.

The more common sign to look out for is if she gets close, looks in your eyes and glances at your lips.

Girls will rarely make the first move to kiss a guy, but they understand the fears and so will try to make it as easy as possible.

Another thing to look out for is signs of impatience. Girls see it as the man's duty to make the first move and can actually get quite frustrated if you don't. I remember taking my gf to the cinema when we were first dating. Half way through the film, she folded her arms and he body language looked really cold. The old paranoid me would have guessed she lost interest and started panicking, but I'm more confident now and can read her quite well. So I leaned over and kissed her and we ended up making out for the rest of the movie. She later told me she didn't think much of the film, until half way through, because that's when I kissed her.

Another thing to keep in mind, if a girl doesn't want you to kiss her, she will make it difficult. When you get too close, for example, she'll back off or look away, or keep some distance between you. She won't look at you for very long, may hold her drink or something in the way.
