You can be charged with child pornography even as a juvenile yourself. It is rare, but does happen. Unless you know for certain that everyone in the picture is 18, don't take it, and delete what you already have that is questionable. Also, if you filled a computer in your house with pics of 16 y/o girls, then technically your mom and your dad are in possession of child porn. In the US, it is a strict liability crime, which means that there is no excuse. If it's in your house, you're guilty.
