Unless you know for certain that everyone in the picture is 18, don't take it, and delete what you already have that is questionable. Also, if you filled a computer in your house with pics of 16 y/o girls, then technically your mom and your dad are in possession of child porn. In the US, it is a strict liability crime, which means that there is no excuse. If it's in your house, you're guilty.
