"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

well this girl ..i met her a year ago..we started of really well...though i was not attracted to her..but yet she was like a very good friend of mine....infact im pretty damn sure she even started falling in love with me...though she kept denying it...anyways...recently there was some misunderstanding because of some of her friends who had spread the rumor that we were seeing each other(2 or 3 months back.)...it spoiled our friendship and i havent been able to keep up the same tension(this really bothers me..cuz she is responsble for tons of women ive met..and many more that i might meet in future...she practically knows the entire school)...but now she rarely talks...flinches wen i make fun of her(very unlike her)..never laughs at my jokes...and keeps telling every one that i am a very'boring' person to hang out with...which is absolutely impossible if i consider remarks of other females...she acts as if she is disgusted ...in short she does totally the opposite of what a girl wud do if she loves you...
what do i do??

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Let me start by saying I am NO expert... but what I think is one of the following:

1. She is scared of admitting she likes you because you act as if you don't like her...

2. Her friends have said something about you and she feels she can't ever go out with you because of it...

3. You have become so worried about if she is going off of you that you really have started to become more boring because you try so hard to "say the right thing"

... I am no expert but stil... :)

Befriend her then. Show her that you're harmless and that you can be trusted. I mean, if someone spread rumours, it must have leaked from either you or her. She's obviously blaming you, so keep her on the down low.
