She found something admirable in her boss that you simply don't have. Something more of a courage, more balls. Listen to her when she said her boss is "competent" WTF? She wants you to be jealous and make you become like her boss at work, simply don't mind her whenever she brings such subject up. Tell her " I met this girl at the mall today, she is very intellectual. We chatted for a while before departed".

I had a co-worker (young female) that constantly talked about me. She STILL talks about me. I seriously doubt she sees me as something sexual and it might be more of my attitude, etc. Plus we are good friends.

When I talk to my GF about work, I use my boss' first name as well - doesn't mean I'm about to fvck her.
