"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I have been having this problem that when im in the public and I see a HB I smile at her and she hurries and looks down. I have noticed this for like a week and truthfully it makes me feel a little odd. Now my question is When I smile at a hottie and she hurries and looks down does that mean shes embaressed to look at me or what? and is that a bad sign? please help me out.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I've heard that looking down is a good sign and can mean that they're attracted to you. Dunno how reliable that is though.

Looking down is a sign of submission. She could be naturally subservient or shy.

it could mean a few things

she likes you

she's shy and is afraid to make eye contact with anybody

she is avoiding eye contact with you because she doesn't want you to think she likes you and doesn't want you to approach her

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I agree with the above.

I'm curious, are you really good looking? I wonder if that may be part of it. Either that, or maybe you're just like exuding self confidence... and they can smell it.

Anyone else have any thoughts? Thanks

I know a girl that does this alot with people. I think she just gets tired of getting hit on. Sort of a passive ***** shield. She thinks (probably rightly so) that all the guys wanna **** her.

If she's ready to be approached, she'll signal cues like being coy and flirty and such. Rather than completely avoiding eye contact.

But, this same girl will be all up on you, purring like a kitten, initiating kino with you one moment. Two minutes later you pass each other in the hall or something, and she'll act like you're invisible, or you're a leper or something.

And she'll think nothing of it. Congruence doesn't matter to her. She usually gets away with whatever she wants most of the time.

Sometimes logic doesn't apply. Just approach.
