What would be your typical greeting when picking up a girl after arranging your first date?

I usually get out and open the door for them and ask them if they'd like me to buckle their seatbelt...haha usually get's some interesting conversation started.

If its a first date thats a big no no for me, gotta meet them at their door, just seems to afc to wait and let them come to your car (youre afraid of someone else answer the door etc.)
