I moved in a new flat and the first day after I woke up I realized after going out of my flat door that my neighbour is a 8. She greets me and smiles but it is the "we are neighbours so I greet him with a smile" smile, like the "hello" when meeting another male living in the same house as you to keep the peace while I am thinking "what an ugly bastard" while he might be thinking the same. If the girl and I happened to meet on the street without her being my neighbour she wouldn't look at me not to mention smile at me.

How do I use the fact that she is forced to be "nice" to my advantage to have sex with her?

All it does it make it easier for you to interact with her on an indirect level and DHV. Let the chips fall as they may cause it could get awkward fast.

I would give the same advice for dating or sleeping with women who are your neighbors as I would for women that you work with. DON'T.

There are plenty of women out there that you don't work with and who are not your neighbors. Go meet and talk to them.
