What turns you on in bed?

For me, when they themselves are excited, for example a girl in particular when she gives me oral sex, in addition to being good, I see that she really likes it and gets excited, this drives me crazy.

On the contrary, many girls do it to please me and even if they try hard, they look me in the eyes, they don't make me excited
