Do you feel bad for him or do you think its his own fault? I mean I feel real bad for him but another part of me just thinks if someone gets this fat its their own lazy fault. But I feel guilty for wanting to spit at him because how do I know its not a disease or disorder.

Another part of me feels bad for whoever has to wipe his ass..
