Does she go down on you first? If you climax, you have to deal with your refractionary period. If she doesn't go down on you first, maybe she should. You don't have to climax but whatever she can do to 'prime the pump' could help you down the line.

Another thing:

If you're having sex with a condom on and you haven't done it much in the past it could be that you're not used to wearing one and getting off. The trick for that is to try masturbating with a condom on to try and get yourself used to it.
