Setup with a girl and got another girls number

I was setup by a friend this past weekend. We were to meet with a group of my and her friends.

She was totally opposite to me and I was not interested in her so I excused myself and sat down with another girl on the patio who happened to be sitting by herself.

The girl was friendly and we had a Great conversation (booze sure get's the edge off) and as I was to make my exit she said that we should get together. So she gave me her phone number...SCORE!

But being really busy with work I didn't call her until 3 days after we met I had no intentions calling her the next day. I got her VM and left her a message saying I was the guy she met on saturday and to give me a call....

She hasn't called..should I persue this girl? She's smokin hot it's just what the Dr ordered for me to get back on track?

Maybe one call and then it's done. No love gained none lost but i'm looking to build up more female friends as I cut most of them off when the ex and I split.

Don't expect a girl to call initially.

This is why I hate when you dont get a girl on the phone the first time.

I'd try again, but don't leave a message if you don't get her on the phone.

Try calling again few days after your initial call because things may happened why she hasn't or didn't call back. Not all non-return calls are rejections. Give her the benefit of the doubt. Nexting her after the first non-return call is not necessary.

She ended up calling me last night and asked to meet up. I already had plans for the evening so I told her we'd have to reschedule.

We'll see how it goes.
