Guys, don't take this crap.

Now they have medications for phobias, such as fear of spiders?!? Come on. Enough is enough. There's so many damn meds out there, people are going to need meds to just deal with the basket full of meds they are taking...

You don't need medication for phobias. You need to kick yourself in the ass and cure the phobia. The old fashion way.

I don't understand why society pushes for medicating everything.

Grow some balls and heal the natural way. Don't take any prescribed shortcuts.

My two bits.

What on God's green earth are you talking about?

It's an MP3 file you listen to and it works as a pattern interrupt (see: NLP) for your brain's computer to change bad thoughts and emotions.

My apologizes Razor, I read through where it said "no medications come close" and just disregarded it as another crutch people grab to solve their problems.

If it's just an MP3 file at least it's not affecting anyone physically. Maybe this thing has merit. If you try it, let us know!

What? What happened with "Grow some balls and heal the natural way. Don't take any prescribed shortcuts."? The first post kicked much ass but this one you made looks like it contradicts your first.

Why not heal your emotinoal problems yourself? It will make you proud of yourself and increase your self esteem even more. A better method to me seems to be: Doing Tai Chi. It has both emotinal benefits (wtf?) and physical ones too. Why not play chess (in my case) or (in your case) go do some other hobbie YOU love! See what would THAT do for your emotions.
