"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

What is the best self-defense in martial art?

I'm am a 19 years old guy who was teased and got beat real bad when I was at 8th-9th grade for a long time. In fact, I've hardly get any respect from anybody ever since elementary. So from 10th grade until now, I've have hardly talk to anyone. I igured that say nothing and do nothing is better than being teased and made fun of. In fact, I wanted to avoid critism so bad that hardly even talk at all, so my grammer is pretty bad now.
Ever since I went to college, I thought it will be all over. Then a girl that I was interested in made things a little worse. This attention ***** pretended to be interest in me, and tricked me making all her friends think I am obsessed with her. And I still am being made fun by other people, like at work for example.
I felt like a big loser, and really wanted to put an end to this, even if it meant risking my life.
What should I do? I am weak and skinny. I was think about learning self-defense. So does anybody here know what is the best type of self-defense?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Heh, my post did a Houdini.

Anyway, martial arts are useless unless done religiously for a decent time.

Eat like a horse, follow the abundance of info here on bulking, and take up boxing.

Confidence booster, problem solved.

Personally, I think much of your problems could be solved by other material on this site.

Definitely boxing. One of the greatest confidence boosters of all time. Work at it religiously, and go to a gym if you want to increase your size as well.

Just lift weights until all of the other guys look puny. Intimidation is the best way to keep peace. As long as your weapons are bigger than their weapons, they won't mess with you. Think of the Cold War for example :p .

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Tell me. Just what do you plan to do with your new knowledge of martial arts.

Punch everyone who teases you? no.. thats not the point of martial arts.

The only reason it'll improve your inner game is because.. you can stand up for yourself and IF they wanna get physical, you won't mind.
