"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

What is this? Today I am literally seeking for misery. I feel alive whenever there is misery. An overwhelming power arising. Man, when there is misery I feel like doing a lot of stuff that will make me happy. Now? There is neither happiness nor sadness; just a emptiness. Not a kind of sadness but the kind of inaction. Life is boring. I need some excitement in life.

Physiologist say people die very fast after they stop their professional jobs.

I am bored of women, at least for now. I don't feel like doing any approaches, hitting any club, getting into relationships. Those things can stay aside for a whole now.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Mate you need to kick the **** back and find something worth living for, you sound suicidal. Embark on something that takes more than all of yr time, try becoming a great cook, volunteer for stuff that's always caught yr eye (save the foxes maybe? Just an example) or something you always wanted to do when you were younger.

Seriously, find something you want to do besides women and do it . . . Do it till the day you die. "They gon' love you for yr ambition!"

Yeah man. I know deep down I am looking for these encourages. It is true that I must do it myself but at this time I can't find a single ambition in my life that is
Why I am here man. If I could have pushed myself I would not be here.

Sometimes you need others to knock you out of your sleep. If you are asleep.. I don't think it is very easy to wake up by yourself.. You need someone to hit you with a hammer from the outside..

Hey there's something you can do (assuming yr not severely disabled) you gotta think.

If you can't think of anything now, then spend yr time reading - non fiction - LOTS of it, to get yr mind off misery. You'll find something that will broaden yr mind. Trust me. That's the beauties of library
