I workout 3 times a week:

1st workout:
Bench press 3x6 *
Incline bench press 3x6 *these two are alternated every week*

Dips 2x6
lateral raises 2x8
cable push downs 2x8

2nd workout:

deadlifts 3x5
leg press 3x6
leg curl 2x10

3rd workout:

Barbell rows 3x6
lats pulldown 3x6
pull ups 2x(whatever i can)

biceps curl 2x6

Post workout is a protein shake and I eat 4-5 meals a day. Abs is done twice a week.

Oh and i dont do squats because of not knowing the proper technique.

PLS share ur thoughts!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

That workout is ok (not ideal), but you'll grow from it if nutrition is right, take out the leg curls and do glute hamraises search google for how to rig one up at the gym no excuses not to do these.

As for routines id recommend guys start off doing something basic thats already been proven to work instead of creating there own routines right off the back.

Routines from Ironaddicts.com, Alex's guide, Brawn/Beyond Brawn, Riptoe, Super Squats would be a good starting point imo.

Your postworkout nutrition is important, you need more than just a protein shake so read alex's post on that.

The only true way to tell if the workout is good is if you improve over time, nothing else matters!
