Seattle & Eastside: suggestions request for nice lounges?

Hi. I'm an older PUA (way past 40 looking for suggestions for nice lounges in the Seattle area, mostly on the Eastside.

Note that I'm not looking for pick-up places (that's a different subject), but rather for nice classy quiet spots where to take a lady for a drink, coffee, and a piece of pie. Something in the style of the Westin hotel lounge in Seattle or Vancouver, BC. For those of you who know the one in Vancouver, that's **exactly** what I'm looking for

Very quiet, nice lighting, discretion and classiness are the operating words here.

I'm looking for a couple of reliable new places. All suggestions welcome and thanks in advance to those who will reply.
