Seattle & Eastside: suggestions request for nice lounges?

Hi. I'm an older PUA (way past 40 :) looking for suggestions for nice lounges in the Seattle area, mostly on the Eastside.

Note that I'm not looking for pick-up places (that's a different subject), but rather for nice classy quiet spots where to take a lady for a drink, coffee, and a piece of pie. Something in the style of the Westin hotel lounge in Seattle or Vancouver, BC. For those of you who know the one in Vancouver, that's **exactly** what I'm looking for :)

Very quiet, nice lighting, discretion and classiness are the operating words here.

I'm looking for a couple of reliable new places. All suggestions welcome and thanks in advance to those who will reply.
