Has anybody tried this Schwartz Protein Pancake Mix? Is it any good?

There's an article on Bodybuilding.com regarding this, I think it's almost exactly the same post. Anyway. The ingredients aren't ideal, if you post on BB.com then you'll get more of a detailed explanation. You're definately better off making home made pancakes, it'll be much cleaner. Plus "sucrose" is basically table sugar.
