scars and cut marks

anybody knows of any creams or products to remove these marks, u know how after it heels a lil bit u still can see the spot on your skin, well anybody knows of anything to at least make it lighter?

Me personally, it happened rubbing on my forhead too hard with a rag (dont ask me why) that i peeled som of my skin off and it bleeded slightly, now its beel like 3 weeks since it happend and it has heeled but i still see the mark of it.

Anybody knows what i can do?

Massage the area with Vitamin E enriched lotion.

what are some good products , right now i just started applying some A+D ointment.

Just get some lotion that has vitamin E in it. Doesn't matter the brand.
