"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

so i saw an Ex girlfriend, we havent really spoken and kept up together for about 3 months... when i met her i could instantly feel that connection we once had...

how do you deal with wanting to be with somebody yet knowing that if it didnt work out the first time, it wont work out the second time, it wont work out the third time.. heh...

how do you completely heal? there's a reason i dont keep up with her, because it brings back old feelings, and i can tell its mutual and not just one sided...

we went out for a coffee, caught up a little and i could feel that vibe... when you are truely in sync with the other persons thoughts, to the point that they dont have to explain anything. I havent had that with a girl since and ir eally really miss it.. heh..

i'd like people who have been through something similar to reply... if you havent then please dont bother..

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

place to place.
banging into exs sucks big time unless you've met a great new girlfriend and you wonder what you ever saw in that she beast. exs are exs for a reason...things didn't work out. ever have a good job and after working there for so long, it gets crappy and you eventually quit. would you go back to that job? of course you wouldn't unless you were desperate for money. women don't change. if she was a nag, she'll still be a nag. if she was a b@tch, she'll still be a b@tch. don't let her sweet attitude hide the fact that she is an ex and it got there for a reason.

instead of focusing on the past ex. look all around you. there are many beautiful girls out there that will blow your mind. look to the future

You stop obsessing over the ex and move on. You realize what didn't work, you resolve not to get into that type of situation again and you get on with your life. Do something (or somebody) and replace those obsessive thoughts.

A coworker of mine once said, "You don't ever get over the big things; you just learn to live with them." She was speaking in reference to her son passing away, and it holds true to any major event. This is one of the few times you have to be rational and not trust your gut (or your heart). Stay away from her. Do not do anything with her. She is not your friend, maybe she could be when you can be near her and not get butterflies in your stomach - but stay away.
