Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Hi,
I got a real problem. Is the SAT a tough test?
What is the best way to prepare for that test?
I really need to pass that test, so pls help me guys ;)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Get as proficient at algebra/geometry/etc as possible. Study vocabulary like crazy. Don't bother with the SAT prep classes.....they didn't help me, and they didn't help anyone else I know who took one.

I got a 1240 out of 1600 back in 98/99, btw.

I work in a test prep center tutoring SAT mathematics, so here's what I suggest:

practice, practice, practice

You need to be able to think quick, and not get caught into a one-way path of approaching problems. You need to time yourself and focus on your weaknesses. You need to get used to being able to approach problems from many different angles and quickly and decisively choose which one to utilize.

Don't buy into these expensive programs. I know I won't ever send my kid to one. I never went to one, but yet I'm the teacher.

That's because I sat down for several months and dedicated energy to reading, thinking, and practicing, by myself. These programes (kaplan, princeton, etc) just regurgitate the same sh*t a motivated person could pick up with a $10 SAT book from a used book store.

I bought one book-the 10 real SATs-3 months before the test, of my junior year in highschool, when I was 16. I studied as hard as I could for that time (could have done better), and I scored a 1460 in the end. 760 in the math and 700 in the verbal. Could have gotten an 800 in the math section if I focused on NOT BEING CARELESS EVEN FOR ONE OR TWO QUESTIONS!! This is what seperates the perfect scores at this level. Regardless, I never took the test again because I was going to my state's school anyway and was already accepted.

Get the 10 real SATs and sti down every other day for an hour, and devour it. Find your weaknesses and focus on them. Find your strengths and utilize them.

PREREQUISITE: You konw your fundamentals, i.e., the basics of math and english. If you don't, you need to get your sh*t together fast and review them, THEN practice.

The math on the new SAT is a LOT harder than the old one and the max score is now 2400. I needed to piss so bad during the test and they wouldn't let anyone leave the room, unless you dont come back, it ****ed up my whole concentration and I performed horrendously. Somehow I still managed to get decent scores in the writing and reading sections (600/800 about) and a poor 500 on the math section, giving me an overall score that was surprisingly still above average.

Oh and there's an essay. 25 minutes, on the spot topic. This ****ed me over. I suggest you practice.

Get the official book from college board. Do the practice tests and go over the problems you get wrong and the ones you get right. Score well on the practice tests and you'll have no problem with the real thing. Don't procrastinate like I did. I was up into the wee hours the very night before learning math problems I should have learned weeks before. I did horribly on practice tests and did a lot of them. Even with all this still managed above average score. Don't stress it.

Yeah, you get out of it what you put into it. Tests like the SAT involve skills that can be learned. Some people naturally do better than others, but everyone benefits from preparation.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I only need to get 60% or more. So it shouldn´t be that tough I guess. I´m still gonna study a lot for it though.
