Sarging in a Foreign Country

I'll be moving to Okinawa Japan soon and it struck me.. How do I sarge in a country that is not my own? I cant even speak the language. Has anyone ever done this? Completely with body language or maybe a translater? Any advice?
 

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

why are you moving there? i would love to move to JP, what nationality are you? i heard most women over there arent attracted to white men or foreign men for that matter because of different cultural views i guess, mostly...some other people on here might tell you otherwise though...

I'm military, and of course my luck getting sent there. Im caucasion ..Im kind of excited cause of the atmosphere and the land, but nervouse cause of the women.

You sure about that? Seems like every Asian woman I see is with a white man. But yeah, kinda hard to sarge I imagine if you can't speak the language.

When I was in Japan women threw themselves at me. They love English speaking foreigners.
