The last 6- weeks of my ljfe have been the most intense of my entire life, they have been crazy, i have worked harder then ever before, i have partied harder then ever before, i have done things i could only dream of doing before. I am asking you to join me on my 8 week adventure to experience what it was like, to experience what life really can be like.

I'm not going to crap on, this bootcamp isnt about reading material, im giving you a choice, straight up:

1)Experience these 6 weeks and grow as a person
2)Dont experience these 6 weeks and remain as you are.

The choice is yours.

So if you picked choice number 1 then keep on reading, if not then get the **** out of my thread. :) A good thing: You wont have to read much, the only things you will have to read will be the actions you actually have to perform.

Before you start, make sure you look at these 6 weeks as an exciting journey not a chore. Heres a brief overview:

Week 1 - Physical tension
Week 2 - Mental and physical tension combined
Week 3 - Tests of will
Week 4 - Social tension
Week 5 - Humourous tension
Week 6 - Jerk for a week

Once these 6 weeks have been completed its time for a little self analysis!! Were not stopping there ;), more about that later. Once you have fixed your self analysis up it looks like your truely ready to get girls! I will post another 6 week progress for improving your chances with girls, except this time around it will be for fun and not because of your desperation.

Why elaborate? That post pretty much just said that i will be posting an 8 week bootcamp that will be exciting, people dont seem to lilke small posts.

Why do they do this? Their mind seems to think if its small and easy to read then it musnt be of high quality, the magic answer must be some kind of 5000 word essay.

Why are some people rich and some people are poor? Well, simply put, the rich take complicated thing and make it simple and the poor make a simple thing complicated. Same thing goes here, im going to give it to you simple and straight, no point in wasting your time. Look at the next post, its the intro course.

Sammo Transformed - Introduction

Welcome to the introduction course of my bootcamp, the idea here is to get you phyched about the 6 week period and making yourself realise that life is an adventure and it is an adventure to be enjoyed!

One day of this school week I want you to wake up earlier then you ussually do (make sure you have had plenty of sleep the night before) and get up out of bed, have a big stretch and go and eat a nice big healthy breakfast, go out and look at the sunrise.

The idea of this day is to completely focus on TODAY, not tomorrow and not yesterday. Everything you have wanted to do, you do TODAY! No holding back today, who cares what happens tomorrow make this day count. Make it a day to remember, prove to yourself you can make a good day out of nothing. Every morning you wake up you are the same as every other man that wakes up, the thing that sets your day apart from everyone else is what you are THINKING and FEELING. Remember that.


To do this you may have to amp yourself up in the morning, everyone knows what its like, have a nice big shower, hop out make yourself look nice and pretty ;). Then get yourself amped up by listening to music and doing what ever you do to make yourself feel it.

Remember, its all about TODAY! Today will be fun, post your experiences in this thread, if you dont post experiences then you obviously havent done enough.

It also wouldnt hurt to read ]BBB - The man because it was this post that inspired the intro to all this (Thanks Brazilian;)).

Im going to do it with you guys as well, you can read up on what i did tomorrow.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

sh*t i kinda have a problem not thinking about fulture cuz i have a court to go to and i have to cut school friday , now how do i get to court without letting parents know is a problem that i am facing till this weekend cuz if i dont show up and pay my ticket i am getting taken away (no more sosuave and all u guys!) so just to let u kno if i am not doing it like u want me to is becuz its been crazy months since i got the ticket after this weekend i should be able to focus on the BC 100%

where is everyone ??? i thought a lot of ppl joined well i finally can focus on this thing if sammo is still in well i try to focus on just today and do at ever i want but some thime i forget it in the moment but i am giving it another try tomoro

i'm gonna bump this and hope that Sammo decides to start this up again. I'm looking to do some sort of boot camp that is more high school oriented. Come on Sammo, I'm counting on you.

This is just what I needed, another bootcamp. Great and since it will be created by a HighSchool student I am asuming that it will be aimed towards us, High School wannabe DJs.
