I've found that this really helps to keep the weight down and trip fat and move closer to my goal of toned abs. Just thought I'd pass this along to any guys like me who have a slow metabolism and constantly have to fight fat off.

Hope if works for you too.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Any time of day? I read that it's good in the morning when you first wake up and before you eat, to do some low-intensity cardio, but that's about it.

Well the morning is the only time you should have an empty stomach

Right. I'll assume he meant the morning-cardio then.

Morning cardio + empty stomach has been proven to be 3x more effective at burning fat than done at another time in the day.

What is an example of Morning Cardio? I thought it was a good idea to always eat something before working out...or is this more along the lines of running/walking or something before you eat breakfast, then going to the gym a little later.

Example:

-45 minutes on a treadmill, fast walk(4-5), at a 5.0% incline.

-30 minutes on an eliptical, moderate pace, moderate intensity

-30 minutes on a rowing machine, moderate pace, light intensity

-45 minute bike ride

If you're up above 30 minutes, keep the intensity low(no sprints, no running).

Thanks a lot man! I took my dog for a little walk/jog today. I don't know how long it was, but I think it was at least 1/2 mile. Whenever I go running/jogging it seems like a lot of phlem/thick saliva gets built up in my mouth & throat and I'm always trying to spit it out.
