"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Been getting on with my life. Putting myself out there, improving myself. Doing my best to move on. Right now my last flake is on my mind. At this moment, a girl who flaked a few weeks ago is racing through my brain. I just keep thinking about how sh1tty my inner game was at the time and how that fvcked the whole thing up. Had I met her now, I'm much stronger. But right now, I'm weak to the regret of fvcking up with her. I realized the other day that the day she flaked, I could have handled it much different and still have seen her. She texted the day of that she felt weird coming to my house because she claimed she met my brother where she works (where I met her), and I perceived it/was expecting a flake so I texted "didn't think you were coming. Already made plans." (hopefully she didn't read it with what I was thinking and think I was expecting her to flake). I could have saved it right there. But I ended it worse, I texted exactly this: "I talked to my bro, he dunno you, and he wouldn't lie lol. Don't worry about getting involved (she said something about it being hard for her to get involved because my bro is a customer where she works and frequents the store more often). Let me know when you wanna get together." It's been three weeks since that text that she ignored and almost two months since I've seen her. Have I fvcked it up that much that i made it impossible for her to ever surprise me? What should I do?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Like what if she thinks I was playing games? Wasn't into her? That thought is making me fvcking sick because of how opposite it is of how I feel.

Youre having a weak moment. This happens in between growth spurts.

Her name is regret. She, like all women will prey on you when you are weak. She will lure you in to self doubt. She is jelous when she sees you are moving on. She will claw at you as she sences you no longer need her.

Continue moving forward. Do the program we set out for you. Even when you hate it. Actually, when you are having these moments, do something from the program even harder or better. You will begin to train yourself to automatically take weakness and pour into self improvment exercises.

Stop thinking about the past. All these questions will be answered for you when we send you back to go get her. If, that is even still something you want when the time comes.

Please list in detail what you are doing from the program we laid out for you.
List strong spots and weak spots. Tell us how you feel about what is working and is not. Be as detailed as possiable. It will help others around here.

Just get to the point. Text her, "My bro and I were wondering if you're down for double penetration?"

No seriously, text her that. MAybe it'll help you let go and move on. You can't win them all.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Actually I flaked. She just said something and I assumed it a flake so I flaked on her first. i handled it poorly and left it off awkwardly cause of the same sh1tty inner game that made me make all of my pathetic posts in the first place. That's frustrating. But YEAH, like the most famous two words on this board, IM MOVIN ON :)))))) but trust me guys, I GET IT. I really am out there looking for girls. I just use this site as like my journal which I should probably be banned for but i think I'm just gonna quit while I'm ahead and stick with salinechow's plan which I have been implementing by the way...
