“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

It's been awhile since I've posted.
Doing Karate 2 X per week, but my knee is nagging me sometimes, so I've been concentrating on strengthening my leg so my knee will fieel less stress.
There's a big hill near my house so I climb up and down it carrying a kettlebell. Weekends I go down to the beach to run in the sand.
Still lifting too.

Good news........
I went to see a Doctor regarding the nagging knee pain I still feel. When one has ACL surgery, you have a choice of replacing the torn ligament with either a piece of your own patellar tendon, or a piece of tendon from a cadaver (a dead body ). I opted for a piece of my own patellar, and the pain that I sometimes feel when I go into a sqaut or kneeling position is simply a residual effect from the patellar being worked with. The bottom line is that I will always feel some pain doing certain positions, but the overall condition and strength of my repaired knee is normal.Doctor gave me the permission to train as hard as I want. :)

Been consistent with my Karate workouts...Did some sparring the other night and I did pretty well.....The knee didn't seem to be compromising my movements too much.

I have had a broken bone at the end of my finger for weeks and I didn't even know it. I must have a high pain tolerance. I've cut down on the sparring, but I've increased the stretching and kettlebell workouts. For the past 3 weeks I have not eaten ANY sweets, cookies, cake, chips or fast food. I have also stopped consuming diet sodas. I was up to 6-8 cans per day. No major weight loss yet, but my bathroom movements are much better and regular now. TMI ?

Working out big time. Rejoined cardio boxing/kickboxing. Heavy kettlebell and barbell work on non cardio days. Karate 2 days per week. Still no junk foods, sugary snacks or diet soda.

nice man. that's good to hear. definitely takes dedication, but when you get rolling it's so satisfying. take a minute to realize how ****ing good you feel in case you ever fall off, it'll make the climb back up so much easier!
