"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I just assumed going low on dips would get the most from the movement, but read a thread where Alex said there was no reason to go past 90 degrees.

What about chins/pulls, is extending your arms to the point just before you're literally hanging by your arms useless or dangerous?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I'm interested as to what reasons exactly Alex gave saying there's no point in going past 90 degrees. I always go low on my dips (past 90). The lower you go, the more lower chest involvement you get. That way you end up working your chest and your tris at the same time.

Chins/pulls I go all the way down (dead hang more or less). There's nothing dangerous about it. It's definitely harder to go all the way down though.

Its bad for your shoulder and rotator cuffs to go past 90 degrees, especially when your doing it with weight attached. For pull ups, go from a dead hang.

Not if you keep your elbows out. There's a different between dips (elbows in, 90 degrees) and chest dips (elbows out, lower than 90 degrees). This is what I do: http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/WtTriDip.html

In general though dips are a tricky excersize and work for some people, not for others. Same with BTN pullups/overhead presses.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
