"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Hey guys.

Little bit about me, a couple years ago I was a huge AFC. I was overweight, low confidence, etc. In the past year I am down 110LB, working out, excelling at my job and am dating quite a few women. Life is good. I'm still learning however.

So this knockout 9/10 chick messages me on Bumble. We start chatting and I tell her I'm gonna give her a call in an hour since I'm not into texting at all.

She replies that she would but shes with a friend and has to work in a couple hours. No biggie. She does say it is impressive and sweet that I wanna call her since all the people she talks to never wants to call.

So I say screw it and I tell her lets grab coffee tomorrow when I'm off work at 3pm. She agrees. Then I tell her to meet me in front on this building and she says "Tell me about it tomorrow. I am a walking zombie."

She wants me to remind her? Screw that.

My reply? "Did you know that even Zombies use the calendar on their phone to put reminders in? True story. I'll see you tomorrow ;)"

She replies with that emoji that shows a smiling laughing face with an open mouth and a drop of sweat. Havent messaged back, no point.

Was this the right reply? Ah well. Find out tomm :)

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Sh!t test out of the gate....she knows you're interested. Go for coffee, then dissappear.

Jesus H Christ...not everything is a sh!t test...

Let's see...a chick you barely know and never met says she's tired and tell her tomorrow..."Ok...sweet dreams" and wait for her to initiate tomorrow, which she will.

Now I see why so many of you guys can't get laid...you act like every damn thing a woman does is some trick to manipulate you and you end up acting like retards around them thinking you "are so cool" because they aren't going to "trick you".

Bro never tell a girl you are 'not into something at all'. What if she responded 'oh, I was going to have sex with you but only if texted.' Then you go back to texting and she has already made you look like a fool in 38 seconds.

She replies that she would but shes with a friend and has to work in a couple hours. No biggie. She does say it is impressive and sweet that I wanna call her since all the people she talks to never wants to call.
Doesn't mean she means it. If it's so sweet and sexy and impressive, why didn't she take the call?

So I say screw it and I tell her lets grab coffee tomorrow when I'm off work at 3pm. She agrees.
Bro she has already made your head spin. You deviated from your plan. She says 'it's impressive and sweet' and you suddenly say 'let's meet tomorrow at 3 pm.' Never react to what a woman says.

My reply? 'Perhaps we should do it another time when you are not so tired.'

She replies with that emoji that shows a smiling laughing face with an open mouth and a drop of sweat. Havent messaged back, no point.
Too much up in the air for me. She hasn't confirmed ANYTHING. You have to get a yes or no from her in writing and then you can proceed. Now if she meets a good looking actor at 2:30 pm she can back out and still have face because you didn't confirm anything with her.

It's like we are too nervous to force women to give us direct answers. Brutal. o_O

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Well, once you set a time the girl should either agree to it or not.

Just tell her you will make other plans for that time if she doesn't commit 100%.

You some mistakes here.

Don't telegraph your plays. Set the date immediately, but do it more than 24 hours out. You sound desperate.

Make sure you specify a specific date, time, and location. Anything other than compliance is no date. If she's not ready to make a date, that's when you call her to talk first. But remember the point of online dating is to arrange a meet up. Phone conversation is not required at all.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
