"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

anyone esle suffer from this? I am right handed, so you would think it would be stronger, but no! I think because of the overuse of it, its a bit dodgy, I have some kind of pain in the elbow, possibly tennis elbow.

Yesterday at the gym, 2 people i was spotting for had there right amrs give way on them, whats the reason for this?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Pure and simply, one arm is stronger than the other.

There's no real way to get around this, work them both out hard and the difference might be improved, but really it's something you're stuck with genetically I'm afraid.

Muscular/strength imbalances are extremely common.

I don't think genetics have a lot to do with it. I have a different theory. I think that some (right handed)people use their left arm more as a supporting arm and their right arm for fine motor skills. If, for example, you were to open a bottle of coke, personally I would usually lift the bottle up with my left hand and twist of the top with my right hand. This way your left arm gets strained more, and as a result gets stronger.

It could also be that when someone notices one arm is bigger than the other, that person exercises the smaller arm more to compensate. That person might then train it so much more, that it becomes bigger and stronger than the previously stronger one.

My left arm is weaker than my right; I'm just holding up my right at the moment on bicep/tricep stuff so my left can catch up. Not too much difference between the two, really.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

At the end of the day they're both muscle, and it is absolutely possible to make the lagging one catch up. Its' no easy task given that you can't work one side without the other reaping at least some of the benefits, but it can be done.

That said, I wouldn't waste my time, unless were talking something major here.
