right arm gets more exercise than left

naturally, since I am right-handed, I do more things with my right arm. Therefore my left arm is a bit skinnier than my right lol. any way to change that efficiently?

When you lift you stimulate type b fibers. When you do most work in ordinary life you use typa a fibers. The latter is small and won't grow as much. Just lift normal and it will be fine. Some time ago my left arm was weaker than my right and now they are equally strong and almost as big. 9 mm difference in my forearms. 1.3 cm on the upper arms. This doesn's show.

one way could be to exercise the left arm more right? ex: when lifting weights, lift more with the left so they both even out.

correct me if i'm wrong.

and i already tried and now my left arm is sore, which is a good sign.

again, correct me if i'm wrong :D

If you are using dumbells just do the same each side. You can do shoulder presses, bent over rows, curls and tric. ext. with a dumbell, just be careful with the collars.

This should be sufficient as the left side will have to work harder to catch up anyway.

Or then if you are training your arms separately, start with your left and do the same amount with you right??
