or tell us where we're going wrong, 'cause I sure as hell don't see how much of the advice here differs from that on t-nation (except of course, we don't get people to buy all their **** :D)

heh i love the part where they say the right thing about supplements, then proceed to trot a bunch of dubious supplements.

their articles, while usually of reasonable content, are just glorified supplement ads and written as such. that said they usually have decent information in there.
