Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

What's up peeps, there's loads of terms that people use on the forum and in the community that a lot of people aint familiar with, like: NC & OP, I wasn't aware of these till I joined the forum. I can't find a glossary of terms so it could be useful if someone could start a thread that's a sticky with some of the main terms...

Also what does it mean when people say the "coc* carousel"? An in depth description would be much appreciated.

One last thing. A lot - most - of the girls I meet, after a short while end up txting a lot, easily over 20x in a day (and these are the ones I've slept/sleep with). Is this because we're in our early twenties and late teens, or is the new generation becoming less forward with communication? I try to ring ppl as much as possible but these chicks love txting.

Thanks ppl

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Common sense goes a long way... Unfortunately, people don't use it at all.

NC= No contact
OP= Original poster

C*ck carousel means they are hoes. Is it really that hard to figure out? A carousel is something that spins round and round and you get on it by grabbing onto it.

So does politeness, if you don't know and you don't ask how are you ever supposed to find out?

Yes, I said a description, Rollo uses it on his blog a lot, and he says stuff similar to "men fear the girl riding the **** carousel" and that men fear girls riding it once they hit their late teens and early-mid twenties.

I don't understand why a woman would suddenly turn into a sausage grinder out of nowhere, please elaborate if you can

North America, probably an airport
There's not much to elaborate. Many women go gap from one guy to the next, racking up a partner number that they really wouldn't like if they sat down and thought about it.

Everyone, men and women, get de-sensitized from a number of relationships. The longer you stay out there, the more relationships you enter and exit, the easier it becomes.

Rollo's simile for women doing this is ' the c*ck carousel'.

Fair enough.

Anyone got any thoughts on my question to do with the constant txting that's present these days?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Most women love attention and the extreme ones we call "attention wh0res." Attention gives them a sense of validation and the more that comes, the greater their ego gets. Narcissism, if not there already, easily grows. Attention then becomes "narcissistic supply."

Today, the various venues from which a woman can gain attention has increased tremendously: facebook, instragram, texts, and so on.

Women can then become addicted to attention, beyond just giving them validation and feeding egos, if they've become narcissistic, it is something they become addicted to and crave. It's hard to get enough.

A well adjusted adjust doesn't need to have long, drawn out conversations on texts. Ever seen guys go on and on and on with each other over text? No. Share relevant information and move on with their lives.

Texting for some girls are like when a dog gets petted and doesn't want you to stop. They keep coming back for me.

If they are attracted to you and hot for you, they'll text back and forth all the time.

If their level of interest in moderate to low, and if your text game is weak, the more you text the more likely their interests will in fact drop.

So, if you are not banging her and she's not showing high interest, constant texting only feeds her ego and need for attention but is not a good way to build attraction and rapport. Once she's gotten her fill of narcissistic supply from you, additional texting bores her. In such a situation, it is not YOU she's seeking, but attention. Once received, you become a chore for her if she's not itching for you to rail her.

Cell phones are little relationship grenades. Use carefully.

 Now that's what a call a useful answer thanks man, you've shed a lot of light on things.

Like the last line about cell phones being relationship grenades, plenty of girls I know have literally wrestled me to get my phone out my hand just to see who else I'm txting...
