I respectfully disagree with the pessimism here. You can be really in to a girl and also keep her. This whole regimen is about learning to control oneself and moderate behaviours.

The difference being, blue pill men try to love a woman like a woman is supposed to love a man; overtly doting and communicating. If a man learns to love a woman like a man should - covert demonstration - while maintaining self control and a rigid frame, there's no reason why he can't keep the woman he wants.

As is fairly typical of SoSuave, guys are focusing of blaming women or the cruelty of reality, rather than holding the mirror up to themselves.

You can settle for 6/10 and give her your Disney notion of romance; or you can blow that notion right out of the water and truly change your own outlook regards masculinity, learning to love a 9/10 the way she wants to be.

Yup, love women but by your terms not theirs. It is ok to love deeply and whole-heartedly. Dont let your fee fees make bad decisions for you though.

Make her do random favors to get her deeply invested. You dont get a girl hooked by doing things for her. You get her hooked having her do things for you. Have her do random errands, give her a grocery list or have her pick up your dry cleaning..
