"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Me:Heyy whats up
Her:heyy
me: Yo whats your number?
Her: (gives me number)

Her: NO thanks.
Me: Ok well its going to be fun.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Sorry to hear that man. If I have to pick on something that you wrote, it's that you said "yo" twice. Unless you live near NYC, it may have come off as being very unclassy. Despite that, I don't think it affected her answer at all. I mean, she DID give you her number. If she really stressed the "no" when you asked her, then I think she coulda rejected you in a better manner.

Unfortunately for me, there's a chance I may be joining you tomorrow.

So, you approached her out of the blue, and said "Yo what's your number?"?

I realise you were macking her for a week, but still, a little by-play before closing like that might have been a better idea.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

What I meant was, you basically asked for her number straight out. A little "How are you going?" "What class you just have?" "Did you see suchnsuch last night?" etc might have helped.

Better luck next time :)

Hey, I didn't get rejected yet. :D

Anyway, there is a chance this girl says yes (I made a thread on it). I just said that b/c I've been rejected before and I am probably asking out some chick tomorrow. We'll see what happens.

rofl first time I asked a girl out was when I already made out with her

when I asked her out I was so shy, and i got rejected

funnilly enough though the feeling of getting rejected was one of the best feelings in my life... I swear getting rejected is fun :D

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Theres no problem with saying yo. I say yo all the time and its freaking hilarious. Of course i say it in joking since, but yo is the word of the week.

getting specific dating advice online is a ***** cause theres a million things in the way you handle yourself etc that you would never think to write, but could easily be spotted if say i or someone else was with you. i think your speach was okay, a little to-the-point but still it was probably in your body language, eye contact, pitch of voice, twitching i mean theres a million things that could have been it.

but anyways just forget her and move on. your not looking for 100% success rate u just wanna get some ass every now and then.
